Garrett's Story 

Garrett hasn't let a diagnosis of SCID - a severe immunodeficiency - or a cleft lip and palate hold him back.

At birth, he was transferred from his local hospital to Geisinger’s Janet Weis Children’s Hospital because of the clefts and breathing problems. He has undergone extensive treatments, and today is an active young boy.
