Patients may contact CareLink via the WEB, through Contact Us, or by calling 1-800-275-6401 to schedule appointments and get information about Geisinger's physicians and services.

The CareLink staff facilitates routine and urgent appointments throughout the Geisinger Health System via Request an Appointment or by phone. The CareLink staff will schedule most appointments or connect the caller with other departments as necessary. When calling to schedule an appointment, please have the following patient information available:

• Phone
• Medical record number, if available
• Insurance information
• Date of birth
• Primary care physician
• Address
• Services requesting

By updating your patient information, you will receive timely mailed correspondence from Geisinger and appropriate appointment scheduling. Also, correct insurance information allows Geisinger to submit bills to your insurance company, thus maximizing the insurance payment and minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. CareLink staff will provide information about Geisinger's physicians and services. The CareLink staff has information about credentialing and areas of clinical special interests of all employed physicians.
