Geisinger Health System's Patient Service Call Center (PSCC), provides patients with a single point of contact for all billing questions. Simply call 1-800-640-4206 during our business hours and one of the PSCC’s patient service coordinators will assist you with your questions. Pay Your bills online
For your convenience, you can pay your bills online by going to www.geisingerwebpay.org or by accessing your MyGeisinger account and clicking on “Pay my bills." Financial arrangements
Prior to seeking treatment within the Geisinger Health System, we suggest you discuss coverage with your employer or private insurance carrier in order to confirm coverage and to determine if your insurance is accepted by the Geisinger Health System. Click for a list of insurance plans we accept. Please note that you are responsible for all charges not paid by insurance. Geisinger Health System (GHS) accepts personal checks and most major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, & MasterCard). If you are unable to pay your balance due at one time, Geisinger Health System (GHS) will set up a payment plan for you. Contact the PSCC at 1-800-640-4206 for more details. Provider-based or hospital outpatient billing
Geisinger Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system that includes hospitals, an alcohol/chemical dependency treatment center, a health plan, and numerous clinic locations throughout Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Geisinger Medical Center Danville campus including Knapper Clinic; Geisinger Woodbine Outpatient Clinics, Danville; Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center Plains Township campus including The Valley Medical Building; Geisinger Outpatient Surgery Route 315, Plains Township; Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre; and Geisinger Outpatient Clinics, Baltimore Drive, Plains Township are all licensed as a hospital. If you receive care at any of these locations, certain outpatient services and procedures may result in a hospital facility charge as well as a professional or physician charge. The hospital facility charge does not apply for other Geisinger locations not licensed as a hospital. Depending on their particular insurance coverage, it is possible that some patients may pay more for certain outpatient services and procedures at our hospital outpatient locations than they would at one of our other sites. We recommend that patients review their insurance benefits or contact their insurance provider to determine what their policy will pay and what, if any, out-of-pocket expenses they will have to pay.
